Emma Fitzgerald

Highly experienced, Emma has over 25 years’ experience in Operational Management and provides support and guidance to the team. Her role has evolved from admin support, operational support to operations and compliance manager. She joined Carpenter Box in 2016. Emma is Level 4 Diploma qualified.

Her focus is on implementing, maintaining and monitoring efficient and effective systems and processes in order for the team’s outputs to be compliant and to the highest possible standard, with a strong focus on client experience and business needs. She works closely with the firm’s partners, advisers, support team and the regulation board (FCA).

Outside the office

Emma enjoys spending time with her family, beach walks, watching films and reading.
