Emma is highly experienced, with over 30 years of experience in Operational Management and provides support and guidance to the team. She joined the firm in 2016. She has Level 4 Diploma in Professional Financial Services with The London Institute of Banking and Finance and has her Cii Senior Management and Supervision qualification.

Emma’s focus is on implementing, maintaining and monitoring efficient and effective systems and processes in order for the Team’s output to be compliant to the highest standard.

Out of the office

Emma enjoys beach & country walks, watching films, and reading.
